"Daddy when I grow up I will buy you a limousine"
About 14 years ago my daddy worked overseas thus I did not see him that often. One time he was about to leave overseas again after being back for some time. I was in kindergarten then. I wanted to send him off to the airport to say goodbye. I wanted to spend a little more time with my daddy. But I had classes that day and daddy didn't want me to miss it. I was crying because daddy didn't let me send him off to the airport.
"Why can't I go with you to the airport ?"
Daddy kneeled down to my level and said "Because you have to go to school and become somebody important."
"You have to become somebody important so that you can buy daddy a limousine, remember ?"
I went to class that day. I still have not bought a limousine for my daddy yet. But I am working hard to become someone important to fulfill the promise.
